Happy February! We continue to celebrate our 150th year of ministry by recognizing all those who have been married at Trinity. It just so happens that February 14, Valentine’s Day, lands on a Sunday this year. On this day we will celebrate marriage (even if you were not married at Trinity).

To prepare for February 14, this is what you need to know. During the 8:30 and 10:45 AM worship service we will have a moment when you can come up to the Altar and renew your wedding vows. Here are some of the events that you might choose to participate in or possibly encourage you to attend:

1. Flagg Creek Heritage Society's will have around 10 vintage wedding dresses on display beginning with the 1880’s!
2. Come and view fellow parishioner’s wedding album or photo
3. Special Fellowship between service (viewing dresses and pictures)
4. Valentine’s Day lunch following the second service in the Fellowship Hall – a wedding reception theme

We need your help for our little party… first, can you help with the following?

1. Bring in a bound wedding photo album or framed wedding picture. Bring it anytime on or before the 13th. It can be dropped off at the church office, too.
2. Sign up to attend the lunch (catered meal so we need exact count)
3. Sign up to decorate the fellowship hall (Saturday the 13th)
4. Encourage your friends to participate
5. Check out the sign-up sheets in the narthex

I know that there are widows and widowers who are not able to participate with their loved one. I still want to encourage you to attend. You are invited to the lunch, please attend with us. Please bring your wedding album or photo – we want to recognize your marriage as well. For our single friends, a special fellowship time is being planned for you in the future.
